Everybody Footloose!!

Throughout her lifetime, Kendall was in and out of remission with Evan’s  Syndrome. When in remission, she was a happy, normal little girl who was very active! Kendall enjoyed a plethora of activities, including contact sports and jumping the driveway in the go-cart (as her parents held their breath), but she really just loved to DANCE! You would often find Kendall in front of the TV dancing with her friends to Grease and Kendall’s love of dancing is the inspiration for the annual “Footloose: Because She Just Wanted to Dance” Gala.

Kendall’s spirit lives on with us all and we hope that you will come out to Cut Loose, Footloose for the kids!

Since 2014, the Footloose Gala has supported the Palliative Care Program at the Johns Hopkins Children’s Center. The Palliative Care Program optimizes the quality of life for patients living with serious, life-threatening, or life-limiting diseases. It also helps the families of these children cope with their immediate situation, even when it results in the death of a child. This program was not in effect when we lost Kendall, and by funding this program now, we can ensure others will get the comprehensive care they need.

THANKS TO YOU, we HAVE raised $555,000 FOR KIDS & FAMILIES!
