Electronic Auction Information (OneCause Platform)

SET up To Register and add a credit card to bid:

  • You'll see our story on our auction page in a purple square! You're in the right place!

  • To add your credit card, see receipts, etc. - Click the person icon in the upper left of the mobile screen

  • To review auction items and place bids - Click the "Auction" button in the bottom navigation of the mobile page.

  • We recommend using the Max Bid option (where you enter your own maximum).

IF the system prompts you to login OR you don't see a person icon at the top:

  • Create a login with email/phone or use your Google account (fastest)

  • Create a password (follow password reset) or send a code for verification

  • Then follow the steps above!

CHEck out

  • Auction automatically closes at 10pm

  • Check your phone/email for a notification that you’ve won. Your credit card will be automatically charged for the winning amount.

  • Pick up your item

  • See an attendant in the lobby at the auction tables to verify your win

  • Take your item home and love it!

If you’re not present, you can arrange to pick up the item in Timonium by emailing us or have it shipped (if possible) at your own expense.
